What we collect

When you create an account or place an order we hold your name, email address, phone number and delivery addresses. When you pay online, the payment itself is handled by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Why we hold it

• To take, pack, ship and track your orders
• To send order, delivery and refund updates
• To answer support requests and handle returns
• To meet tax and accounting obligations under Indian law

Who else sees it

• The seller of each item you buy sees your delivery address and phone number, because they pack and dispatch it
• The courier carrying your parcel sees the same
• Our payment provider and email provider process what is needed to take payment and deliver messages

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account and everything not legally required at any time.
