What it costs

Free on orders at or above the threshold shown at checkout, judged on the subtotal before any coupon. A flat rate applies below it.

How long it takes

Orders are usually handed to a courier within one to two working days. Delivery typically takes a further two to five working days depending on the pin code. The estimated date is shown on your order page.

Several sellers, several parcels

Each seller packs and ships their own items, so an order containing goods from more than one seller travels as more than one parcel. Each has its own courier and tracking number, and they may arrive on different days.

Tracking

Every parcel gets a tracking number the moment it is handed over, emailed to you and shown on the order page. Not signed in? Use Track order at the top of any page with your order number and email.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is delayed well beyond its estimate, or a delivery attempt fails, write to us with the order number and we will chase the courier.
