Who you are buying from

SANSA is a marketplace. Each item is sold by an independent seller, whose store name is shown on the product page, in your bag and on your order. The seller is the supplier for GST purposes and issues the tax invoice.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or if a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel and refund in full rather than fulfil it.

Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Delivery is free above the threshold shown at checkout and a flat rate below it.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

What we expect

Do not use the site to break the law, to scrape it wholesale, or to interfere with how it runs for other people. We can suspend an account that does.

Where things stand

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
